BILINGUAL PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gather information from the caller to resolve the situation.
  • Communicate appropriate options for resolution.
  • Investigate and resolves complaints.
  • Refer non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representatives.
  • Use a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • OT available

 Requirements:

  • Able to work part-time in between 8 am to 7 pm mon-Friday for a flexible training schedule for 3 weeks then immediately start on the floor after training with a part time flexible schedule as well M-F in-between 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • General computer skills
  • Multi-tasking
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Employment offers will be contingent on successful drug testing and background investigation results.
  • Bilingual preferred not a necessity ( Spanish )

Salary: $11.00 /hour
