Recertifications

This department handles all rent changes and recertification for all Public Housing tenants. This means that we will verify income and family status for all residents annually before the anniversary of your move in date. If you have any changes in income or family status they must be reported to us within 10 days of the change in the income.

We also handle all recertification for properties that are managed by Albany Housing Authority that do not receive federal assistance.
