Tenants are required to report all changes in family composition or status to the Albany Housing Authority within 10 calendar days of the date of the change. Failure to report an income change within the 10 calendar days may result in a proposal to terminate your assistance and a possible overpayment in subsidy. Documentation and/or proof of income change must be received prior to the change taking effect. Changes in rent portion will not be made retroactively.
