A draft of the Annual Plan is available for public review during regular business hours for the duration of the comment period beginning February 13, 2026. A copy of the plan will also be available on our website at www.albanyhousing.org and at each AHA management office. Albany Housing Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 5:30PM, in the Atrium at 200 South Pearl Street to hear comments on the Annual Plan 2026.
Comments may be submitted prior to the public hearing. Comments may be mailed to AHA, 200 South Pearl Street, Albany, New York 12202-1834; emailed to info@albanyhousing.org, or faxed to 518-478-8475.
Please put “Annual Plan Comments” in the subject line. Attendees will be required to sign in at the hearing.
