Aniyah Stratton, an 8 year old third grader attending Albany Community Charter School won the essay contest sponsored by the Albany Housing Authority. She currently resides at the Swan Street Mixed-Use properties. Her essay was a model of excellence that expressed the importance of playground safety for children in the community.
