Prospective buyers and homeowners are invited to attend our Capital Region Housing Fair on Saturday, April 30th from 10 to 2pm at the Albany Public Library, 161 Washington Avenue.

Learn how to buy a home, fix your home or protect your home from foreclosure. Featured will be dozens of information booths, including non profit housing groups, lenders, inspectors and real estate agencies. Seminars will be held on repairing your credit, how to hire a contractor and how to finance your home. If fairgoers bring a photo ID they can obtain a free credit report and credit consultation. Homeownership is critical to rebuilding our neighborhoods and helping families build assets. This is a great opportunity to learn more.
