Robert Whalen Homes

Robert Whalen Home is a family development built in 1950. It is the oldest housing authority property, comprised of 108 units in six walk up buildings. It is located in a residential neighborhood just off an interstate highway and is next door to another assisted property that was substantially rehabbed in the late 1990's. There is a HEAD START Daycare center adjacent to the Manager's office in one of the buildings.
