7 new houses for sale and 9 new rental houses were completed in 2006 on an urban renewal tract in the Arbor Hill community. The Pieter Schuyler Court project represents the blending of affordable homeownership and rental housing opportunities as a way of concentrating resources to stabilize inner city neighborhoods.
