Peter W. Ragsdale
The Deputy Director serves as the Executive Director's immediate subordinate and designee in a number of functional areas with particular focus on insurance portfolio management, enterprise risk management, civil service compliance, benefit administration, Labor/Management relations, Human Resources, policy development and implementation and liaison to the Civil Service Employees Association and the Public Employees Federation. The Deputy Director also serves as immediate supervisor to department heads within the organization who direct collections, site operations, security, asset management and eligibility recertification.
