Hope VI
AHA's HOPE VI program is nearing completion
with the Arbor Hill infill construction. Phases included the
construction of 160 new duplex homes in North Albany, the acquisition
of Nutgrove Apartments, and funding assistance for the new YMCA
in North Albany scheduled for opening in the late Fall of 2005.
New YMCA Construction Is On Schedule

New YMCA is scheduled
for a grand opening
in late fall
2005. The construction
is supported
in part with
HOPE VI funds
as part of the
Community Self-Sufficiency
component and
the overall neighborhood
improvement plan.
