In addition to applying for housing at one of our public housing developments, you may also apply for one of our affordable housing sites assisted through the HUD project-based Section 8 program.   These units are available at townsend park homes and creighton storey homes.  This program offers rent based on income according to Section 8 guidelines.   Section 8 assistance will be provided only while you reside in the apartment and will not be portable as other Section 8 assistance may be.
